So here is the first of a delicious but simple recipe for a sunday afternoon!
VEGAN SCONES

Preheat the oven to 220C
Shift:
8oz self raising flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Mix:
1 1/2 oz SOYA butter (found in any supermarket)
2 tablespoons of caster sugar
Then pour in 150ml of SOYA milk to make a dough.
Knead it all for 5 minutes, roll out to a thickness of one inch and using a fluted 3inch cutter.
Glaze and pop in the oven for 15minutes!
